Our current turn around time ranges from ready to ship, to made to order items 2-5 days before shipping. I am always accepting rush orders & I try to keep many items stocked for immediate shipping. If you're on a tight deadline, shoot me a message and I'll be happy to expedite your order when possible.

NEW: We now offer returns/exchanges! Buyer must reach out to us within 7 business days of tracking being marked delivered. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges, and we will not refund original shipping costs. Item must be returned in un-worn, brand new condition in order to qualify for the return or exchange. Do you offer Gift Wrapping?
All orders will come in a white gift box with a ribbon. Orders that are meant to be gifts (Mother of the Groom, Mother of the Bride, Flower Girl, etc) will have a custom label on the boxes with a personal message from you to them. Please be sure to let me know you'd like this so I can add it for you.
Do you accept Custom Orders?
Yes, in fact we encourage you to send us your ideas! If you can't find that perfect piece, please contact me. I'd be happy to listen and give you a quote for a custom design!
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All of our items are handmade and take an extensive amount of time and materials to create, which is why *All Sales are Final*.
***If your item arrives damaged or is sent in the wrong color, size, etc, I will replace the item for you at my costs and/or accept a return when the situation warrants such. Please kindly contact me prior to providing my shop with feedback so that I can be sure to address your concerns timely and with care.
Bracelet Sizing
All bracelets in my shop will be made to your wrist specifications. Please be sure to include your *exact* wrist measurement with your order details. I will add the appropriate amount of slack in the design to allow for a comfortable fit to your wrist.
